		<description>200 out of 700 homes in my neighborhood have gone solar thanks to federal and local incentives. In combination, they paid for over 80% of the cost of systems, in some cases, reducing the payback to 3 years. If that concentration isn&#039;t community solar, I don&#039;t know what is!</description>
